"They give wrong information. I called two different times to the main number (2 years ago and 6 months ago)to get information about canceling my life insurance and both times I was told that I would be getting what I was putting in my life insurance. I was of course both times asked for my info to look me up in their system.And now that I go to the office they tell me the opposite, that they probably didn’t have my information. I’m only getting what I pay monthly. Very disappointing!"

"H Carmen. I see where you have a term policy that was taken out in 2007. This is a policy that will pay your beneficiary the face amount upon your death but has no accumulated cash value and does not pay dividends like a permanent policy does. We have had several conversations with you about converting this policy to something that has cash value, but you chose to not make any changes. I am sorry if you misunderstood what the policy does and does not do. It also appears that the information provided to you was not through my office, but you rated my office with a 1 star even after we answered all of your questions when you came into the office. Again, I am sorry this was not the policy you thought, but after 4 conversations about converting it to a permanent policy, perhaps we thought you knew this was a term policy with no cash value."

"Having to file an insurance claim for ANY reason is a very stressful situation which can often turn a calm intelligent person into a raging lunatic. I admit that I am that person at times! I gave an unfavorable review several years ago (that I do not recall) and I would like to remedy that. Obviously I acted out of frustration because years later I AM STILL A CUSTOMER! If I was that unhappy I would have found a new insurance company. Mark Handley and his staff deserve better and I assure you that this company is honest and sincere and deserving of a 5 star rating!!!"
